Filmmakers must be 30 years of age or less on the date of the festivities (August 25 to 28, 2022) and be residents of Quebec.
By submitting his film, the filmmaker accepts that the Festival Émergence de Montréal will use extracts and photos of the short film entered and any other digital content sent with the film's submission on social networks in order to promote the event.
The filmmaker agrees to submit a version of the film in French / with French subtitles as the original version of the film and to send an English version / with English subtitles if the Festival Émergence de Montréal so requires.
