A FESTIVAL FOR YOUNG PEOPLE, BY YOUNG PEOPLE

Each year, the Festival Émergence team works hard to present an extraordinary program and activities. Our team is made up of 16 members who all contribute to the image that the festival presents in the media and in the film industry.

The Festival Émergence, powered by ACQÉ (Association du Cinéma Québécois Émergent), is a celebration of emerging Quebec filmmakers. The festivities include special screenings, workshop-conferences, unifying events and a publicized awards ceremony. The official selection is made up of short films made by artists aged 30 and under.
