Émile Ducas is a young filmmaker and editor from Montreal. Passionate about cinema since a young age, he decided to pursue his passion by joining the film program at Saint-Laurent cégep and later the television program at UQAM.

During his time at cégep, Émile had the opportunity to participate in several film projects, both as a director and editor. His talent and creativity were recognized by his peers when he and his team won the Audience Award at the Cannes Festival for their college graduation film.

Émile is preparing to take a new step in his film career. Starting next fall, he will begin his studies in film at the University of Quebec in Montreal (UQAM), where he will continue to develop his knowledge and skills in the field.

With his university studies on the horizon, Émile has great ambitions for his future in the film industry. He wishes to collaborate with other creative talents, push boundaries, and tell unique stories that will leave an indelible impression on the audience.
